Tait secures Australian airport DMR upgrade & managed services contract ahead of G20

Tait Communications has won a contract to upgrade and manage Brisbane Airport Corporation's (BAC) digital mobile radio communications system as the Australian city readies itself for the G20 Leaders Summit later this year.

James Kyd, Tait Chief Marketing Officer, says the contract win to upgrade the network and provide full managed services is indicative of the way Tait is now working in close partnership with its clients on a long-term basis.

It is expected that the G20 Leaders Summit will bring around 4,000 international delegates and 3,000 domestic and international media to Brisbane in November later this year.
Tait is well-known for supplying radio communications solutions to public safety agencies, utilities and transportation agencies including Air France, London Bus and British Columbia Rail.
